  1. After shampooing with System 1 Cleanser (or your clean hair wash), blot excess water so hair is damp, not dripping.
  2. Apply a small amount of the conditioner evenly from roots to ends. Make sure to distribute it well through the hair. 
  3. Leave it on for 1–3 minutes to allow the formula to penetrate and nourish. 
  4. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water, ensuring no residue is left.
  5. Follow with the System 1 Leave‑In Treatment (step 3) if using the full system.

  • Don’t overuse—it’s meant to be lightweight, so a small amount is enough.
  • Focus a bit more on mid-lengths and ends where hair is more vulnerable.
